¿Cómo puedo portar a Claro?

Deseo orientación para portar de Movistar a Claro.

 

Tengo 14 años en Movistar en un plan de S/150, pero la señal de Movistar cada día empeora, es por eso que deseo portar.

También tengo algunas dudas y espero que me puedan ayudar.

¿La portabilidad tiene costo? ¿La empresa se puede negar a mi portabilidad? ¿Cuántas veces puedo portar mi número? ¿Quién puede solicitar la portabilidad? Si ya porté mi número, ¿puedo volver a solicitar otra vez la porta?

Como se dan cuenta, antes de hacer algo, siempre quiero estar bien informado, espero su ayuda. Gracias.

  • Quiero cambiarme a un plan Claro por situaciones de Libia Movistar no llega muy bien y es lento aun estando en el centro con decir que no puedo mirar vídeos en HD y eso que cuento con un móvil 4g Motorola el plus, pero quisiera saber cómo me cambio si me cobrarán alguna penalización o algo por el estilo ya que recién llego 5 días con el plan y mi disgusto es enorme.

      Te ayudo por partes, no te preocupes.

       

      ¿La portabilidad tiene costo?

       

      No tiene costo en ningún operador

       

      ¿La empresa se puede negar a mi portabilidad?

       

      Sí, por ejemplo, si tienes la línea bloqueada/cancelada en tu actual operador, si tienes deudas en Claro no podrás portar a Claro.

       

      Ahora, si por a o b te vas de Movistar dejando montos pendientes de pago y te vas a Claro, lo que hace Movistar es interrumpir ese proceso hasta que saldes las cuentas con ellos. 

       

      Otros motivos podría ser si otra persona que no es el titular lo está solicitando o por uso prohibido de la línea. Esos son algunos de los escenarios más comunes y reales.

       

      ¿Cuántas veces puedo portar mi número?

       

      Tranqui, no hay límite, solo asegúrate de que tengas 1 mes en un operador, con ese tiempo ya podrás cambiarte cuando quieras.

       

      ¿Quién puede solicitar la portabilidad?

       

      La portabilidad la debe solicitar el mismo titular porque tendrá que pasar la validación biométrica.

       

      Si ya porté mi número, ¿puedo volver a solicitar otra vez la porta?

       

      Si portarte tu número a otro operador que no sea Claro, puedes volver a solicitar la portabilidad pasado los 30 días ya que es uno de los requisitos.

       

      Si te animas a portar puedes llamar al 0 800 00 200.

      El trámite es Portabilidad, para que cambies de operador manteniendo tu número.

      Como todo trámite en Claro debes brindar a tu asesor una copia DNI vigente y pasar una evaluación crediticia, y obviamente no tener deudas en Movistar ni en otro servicio de Claro.

      Puedes acercarte a cualquier punto de venta de Claro para la portabilidad, también desde la web de Claro o por televentas:

       

      - Llama desde tu celular Claro sin costo al *200

      - Llama desde tu teléfono fijo o móvil sin costo al 0-800-00-200

      - Llama desde tu teléfono fijo o móvil con costo al (01) 620-0200

  • Soy de operador Entel como puedo cambiar a la línea de Claro, también necesito información y que tipos de planes postpago.

    • Pues sé de una oferta para clientes de otro operador que llevan más de un año. O sea, si tienes más de un año con otro proveedor, puedes comprar, por ejemplo, el Samsung S7 Edge de 32 GB a S/ 9.00 en el Plan Claro Max 149. Esta oferta está vigente hasta el 20/04. Pídela en Centros de Atención o por teléfono al *200 o 0-800-00.200.

    La portabilidad numérica es el derecho a mantener el número telefónico (fijo/móvil) aun si el abonado decide cambiarse de operador del servicio.

    Sobre portabilidad para Prepago y Postpago:

    • Presenta tu Documento de Identidad o de ser apoderado, una carta poder con firma legalizada por el notario público.
    • No debes tener menos de 2 meses desde la última portación.
    • No debes tener el servicio suspendido por mandato judicial, declaración de insolvencia o por uso indebido del servicio
    • No debes tener deuda exigible, respecto al último recibo telefónico emitido por tu operador actual. No debes tener el servicio dado de baja más de 30 días.
    • No debes contar con un trámite de portabilidad en curso
    • El trámite actualmente dura máximo 1 día, salvo casos de clientes especiales que cuenten con más de 10 líneas
    • El servicio será interrumpido sólo al momento de cambio de operador que dura máximo 3 horas, y se realizará en horas de la madrugada.
    • Si tu solicitud es procede, te informaremos inmediatamente que podrás ser parte de la familia Claro.
    • No se efectúa la portabilidad en días feriados.
    • Previo a la solicitud de portabilidad, deberás suscribir el contrato por la prestación de servicios y este quedara condicionado a la procedencia de tu solicitud.
    • Sujeto a evaluación crediticia.

    Sobre Portabilidad para tu negocio

    • Deberás contar con tu RUC activo.
    • Las líneas a portar deberán pertenecer al RUC de la empresa o persona natural con negocio.

     

    Sobre portabilidad para migrar tu línea fija a Claro:

    • Debes ser titular de la línea a portar.
    • Presenta tu Documento de Identidad o de ser apoderado, una carta poder con firma legalizada por el notario público.

Quiero cambiarme a un plan Claro por situaciones de Libia Movistar no llega muy bien y es lento aun estando en el centro con decir que no puedo mirar vídeos en HD y eso que cuento con un móvil 4g Motorola el plus, pero quisiera saber cómo me cambio si me cobrarán alguna penalización o algo por el estilo ya que recién llego 5 días con el plan y mi disgusto es enorme.
