Puedes hacerlo desde tu mismo celular llamando al 123 k es atención al cliente o hacercandote a un centro de atención de claro

Para actualizar tu plan lo puedes realizar desde el App Mi Claro, o comunicándote con el ClaroBot que se encuentra en la parte inferior derecha de la pantalla.
