La señal wifi de mi router se interrumpe cada 5 a 10 minutos, ¿qué hago?
Hola!
Desde hace más de 1 mes vengo presentando problemas con la señal wifi (2.4g y 5g) de mi router SAGEMCOM FAST3686, se corta en todos mis dispositivos (2 laptops y 2 celulares) cada 5 minutos, a veces cada 10 minutos, desaparece de mi lista de redes disponibles y luego aparece disponible nuevamente y se vuelve a conectar automáticamente en menos de 1 minuto.
Esto es muy molesto pues interrumpe la continuidad de una videollamada de trabajo, una película que estoy viendo o un juego online en mi celular.
Ya han venido a revisar 2 veces y siempre se van diciendo que como tengo conexión en ese momento, ya se arregló y no es así. Con cable ethernet no he presentado problemas.
Entré a la config del router y luce así:

Tu problema de conexión se puede deber a la cobertura o infraestructura de tu domicilio.Yo creo que si vienes presentando muchos problemas con tu Internet, te recomiendo comunicarte por el canal de Facebook Claro Perú y solicitar otra visita técnica y solicitarte que te cambie el router, podrías probar con el Arris, es muy bueno.
De lo contrario puedes ver otras opciones en diferentes operadoras.
